Here is a really cool recipe for making coconut ice-cream. You will need an ice-cream maker though.

    I dont have an ice cream maker so i wont
    be able to make some ice cream but at least
    we made some at school. mrc i think coconut
    ice cream is my favourite ice cream from now on !!!!!!!
